Cabro paving blocks (interlocking concrete pavers commonly called “cabros” in Kenya) are a highly durable, versatile and aesthetic hardscape option for exterior spaces. They have become preferred for residential compounds, commercial entrances, car parks and walkways.
For example, heavy-duty blocks of 80 mm+ thickness are recommended for areas of heavy use.
Properly installed cabros allow for effective rainwater run-off and are easier to repair or replace than monolithic concrete slabs.

Sub-Base Preparation – Excavation of existing ground as needed; laying hardcore, murram and compaction to specified standards.
Edge restraints & Kerbing – Pouring or installing kerb or concrete edge to hold the paving system in place.
Paver Installation – Laying cabro blocks in chosen pattern, ensuring tight fit, alignment and correct depth (e.g., 50mm to 100mm depending on load).
Finishing & Compaction – Sand or fine aggregate applied to joints, the paving is compacted, cleaned, and final inspection performed.
